  29.      Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the saints

  35.      Blessed be ^2 the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath
  36. blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ:
  37. even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should
  38. be holy and without blemish before ^3 him in love: having foreordained us unto
  39. adoption as sons through Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good
  40. pleasure of his will, to the praise of the glory of his grace, ^4 which he
  41. freely bestowed on us in the Beloved: in whom we have our redemption through
  42. his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his
  43. grace, ^5 which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, making
  44. known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he
  45. purposed in him unto a dispensation of the fulness of the ^6 times, to sum up
  46. all things in Christ, the things ^7 in the heavens, and the things upon the
  47. earth; in him, I say, in whom also we were made a heritage, having been
  48. foreordained according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the
  49. counsel of his will; to the end that we should be unto the praise of his
  50. glory, we who ^8 had before hoped in Christ: in whom ye also, having heard the
  51. word of the truth, the ^9 gospel of your salvation, - in whom, having also
  52. believed, ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, which is an earnest
  53. of our inheritance, unto the redemption of God's own possession, unto the
  54. praise of his glory.

  72.      For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which
  73. is ^10 among you, and ^11 the love which ye show toward all the saints, cease
  74. not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; that the God
  75. of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you a spirit of
  76. wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your heart
  77. enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, what the riches
  78. of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what the exceeding
  79. greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to that working of
  80. the strength of his might which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from
  81. the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, far
  82. above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is
  83. named, not only in this ^1 world, but also in that which is to come: and he
  84. put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all
  85. things to the church, which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all
  86. in all.
